Job Description:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to focus on new and prospective client satisfaction for large electric and water utility customers. You will oversee all sales aspects of key accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive deals to completion. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, demonstrations, and RFP responses, serving as the primary contact for evaluations and pilot deployments, and ensuring critical sales process steps are completed.

💰 Base salary + commission (commensurate with experience).

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport
  • Proactive, go-getter attitude
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or account management
  • Knowledge of Smart Grid applications and IoT devices
  • Experience selling to Municipalities, Cooperatives, and IOUs
  • Bachelor''s degree in sales, marketing, technology, or business (preferred)
  • Technical field experience (a plus, but not required)
